Yoga Routine for Excellent Posture (11 minutes)
This is a strengthening corrective yoga sequence designed specifically to strengthen your back muscles, pull your shoulders back, and teach body awareness of grounding, good posture and an aligned spine.
If you get sore at all, which you might after working new muscles, then try this gentle routine on sore/stiff days to relieve tension and get blood flowing.
Excellent Posture Program:
- Week 1 - Practice this video every day
- Week 2 - Practice this video 5-7x/week
- Week 3 - Practice this video 5x/week
- Week 4 - Practice this video 3x/week
- Practice 1-3x/week after to maintain excellent posture

Yoga for a Beach Bod (30 minutes)
Get your beach body fired up with this 30 minute, asana kicking, intermediate sequence. Remember to breath fully and modify to make this practice work for you today! With time and regular practice you will gain strength, stamina and toned legs, arms, and core.
Note: I practiced this sequence everyday for a week to gain the fluidity and strength to flow calmly for the making of this video, I hope it’s as much of a workout for you as it was for me!

This is killer and amazing and I’m in love with it. A real yoga workout. After a frustrating 24 hours it really centred me because I couldn’t think about anything else other than nailing the practise as best I could. For anyone looking to get into yoga, Sarah Beth has some great videos on her channel. Her Energising Morning Yoga Routine is what got me into yoga and I can’t recommend her enough.

Yoga for Detox & Digestion (23 minutes)
Get “things” moving after your Memorial Day Brunch/BBQ with this twisting yoga sequence and get back on the right track! If you’re like me and got owl eyes at the BBQ then consider drinking a ton of water and going heavy on raw veggies. This Detox Drink is quite appropriate as well for the morning after!

I’m just finishing the sequencing for my Chakra Tuning Workshop that I’m leading later this week. I completely practiced through it while teaching and recording myself and whoa I feel good. Chanting, breathing, flowing, meditating… I have a great feeling about this workshop!
Now that my whole energetic being is completely alive and activated I’m going to make Blogilate’s Cauliflower pizza recipe! Here’s hoping it turns out :) I’ll for sure be taking a probiotic before consuming because the mozzerella, although delicious, probably won’t sit well as dairy usually doesn’t.
